Our production process begins with injection molding, where the raw material is shaped into the desired form.
This is followed by trimming, deburring, and CNC machining to create the final product. Our facilities include eight die casting machines ranging from 160T to 1000T, four advanced CNC machining centers with capabilities for 3-axis and 4-axis machining, and twenty CNC lathes and two drilling machines.
The quality of our products is ensured through the use of inspection instruments such as X-ray detectors, CMM inspection machines, spectrum meters, and imaging measurement instruments. After machining, the surface of the parts undergoes tumbling and painting.
The weight of our products can range from 0.01kg to 10kg, making them suitable for a variety of applications such as auto parts, medical devices, marine and ship equipment, telecommunication, and textile industry, among others.
Our products are packaged with care, with each part enclosed in a color box for inner packaging and packed in cartons of 18 pieces, with 32 cartons per wooden case for outer packaging. AIKEHAN is ISO 9001:2008 certified, guaranteeing the highest quality standards in every aspect of our operations.
